Mahmuda Akter has a passion for understanding crime, justice, and law enforcement, and enjoying intellectual challenges and the opportunity to make a positive impact on society. As a faculty member, she is motivated to stay updated with the latest research and theories, fostering a lifelong learning mindset. Engaging with diverse students and colleagues from different backgrounds helps to broaden her perspective and enhance her empathy and understanding of different viewpoints.
