About Me
I am a learner with a growth mindset and enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge and skills. I am open to new ideas, perspectives, and experiences. I actively seek out opportunities for learning. I am curious, inquisitive and a hunger for continuous personal and professional development. I remain calm, composed, and understanding in challenging situations. I am excelled in group work and understand the importance of effective communication, active listening, and cooperation. Collaboration is my way of working and I foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the group. Along with my strong written and verbal communication skills I am being treating my students and colleagues with respect, courtesy and empathy. More importantly I have a loving and caring heart, actively participating in various volunteer and charitable issues.
Research Interest
I have been showing my enthusiasm for last twelve years while conducting courses and research on human rights, migration studies, gender studies, indigenous studies, youth criminality, crime prevention, psychology of criminal behavior, police studies, cyber-crime, victimology etc. I have supervised a number of both qualitative and quantitative research monographs of undergrad students and thesis of MS students.

Education
I have secured 1st position in both Undergraduate and Graduate (MS) program in Criminology and Police Science from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. I was also awarded ‘Dean’s Award’ and ‘Chancellor’s Award’ respectively for my academic result.
